Enforta Acquires Ekaterinburg’s “Tron LLC” to Expand Wireless Broadband Services in Russia’s Ural Region

Enforta BV announced that it has acquired 100% of “Zarja 21st Century Holding Company” including its operating subsidiaries in Ekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, and Sverdlovsk Region.  Zarja is the sole owner of Tron LLC operating under the popular ‘Netprovodov.ru’ brand (“No wires”).  ‘Netprovodov.ru’ is the largest wireless broadband operator in Russia’s Ural region.  

“The consolidation of Enforta and Tron is very exciting for us”, said Enforta’s General Director Victor Ratnikov.   “Tron has established a solid reputation as an early leader in the provisioning of WiMax, VoIP, and broadband solutions in the Urals.  We are pleased to welcome the Netprovodov.ru management team and their subscribers to Enforta.”
